Kate is a Partner of the firm based in Cambridge, Kate is a solicitor and Supervising Caseworker under the asylum and immigration accreditation scheme. Although primarily specialising in immigration, asylum and citizenship law she also has extensive experience in conveyancing and litigation areas of practice.

Kate initially studied Biology obtaining her B.Sc. at Kings College London. Kate then converted to Law and took the Diploma in Law at Plymouth University in 1994 and qualified in 1997 having been articled at a specialist Immigration and Asylum firm of solicitors in London. Kate is a member of the Law Society’s panel of Immigration Practitioners and is not only qualified as a senior caseworker but also an immigration and asylum supervisor for senior caseworkers. Kate has an unrivalled reputation as an advocate in the immigration and asylum appeals tribunals and is particularly proud of her remarkably high percentage success rate. Although Kate practices in Cambridge her reputation is such that she has a client following from all over the United Kingdom. Married to a medical doctor and with two children Kate is a dedicated expert in immigration and asylum law.
